yeah, why are drivers so stupid.....they seem to give a driver's license to anyone with a pulse....ok, so we make kids aware of traffic, but when do we make drivers aware of pedestrians? I think someone who speeds through a residential area (Halloween or otherwise) should be taken out of their car and smacked around with a shovel to the side of the head.....
