Open Photoshop.
Open your banner file/
Click on FILE
OPEN IMAGEREADY / EDIT IN IMAGE READY / SWITCH TO IMAGEREADY (depending on version)
At the bottom, you will see your banner in the "animation" box. Click on "Duplicate current frame." The icon is a a piece of paper that look like it is folding over.
This is a good start for you to make it animated
