the fact that Yahoo lost prooves nothing but the fact that they actually got to court. I agree there is not always legitimate to sue someone but that is a hell of a hassle and money consuming process to protect yourself regardless if you are right or wrong.
I dont think xites is doing anything so bad - in fact the only thing I know for sure is that their site design is cool looks a little like BigPlayers - is there any connection?

Anyway - its cool to see people try to innovate - time will tell if its actually a good idea. But I say - no winning without trying.

What I dont figure is who is going to use it and for what purposes (in adult industry I mean)?
As I pointed before - its not going to work for TGPs so who would use it? why send to someone elses site in the first place anyway? Why should I send people to CNN.com?
