An airline pilot left his home early morning (was still dark) to take an aircraft to the EU. He drives along till he sees a group of guys with masks over their heads and armed. He thinks.. WTF... drugs trade? kidapping? ... so decides to get down and bang his foot on the gas and drive thru them.

On the way thru his car gets sprayed with automatic fire, but he was never hit. He then proceeds to the nearest law enforcement office - but then finds the law a few miles down the road where the set up a roadblock. It was the law who elected to spray his car Wonderful But he did get compensation and an apology - beats being six feet under.
