I hold her she needed to fix the problem because ALL of aebn's feeds were down. She said there was nothing she could do. This is not the first time we have had problems with their feeds and it has become a ongoing problem. I just am shocked when I called and what tech support said. I've never used AEBN's leased feeds but I can confirm that their PPV/VOD service has been gradualy going downhill for a while now. I was only disscussing the other day with a web master friend of mine how poor AEBN's customer retention ratio has become and his experiences with them more or less mirrored mine and now it looks like we are far from the only ones becoming more and more dissatisfied with this once solid company.
With more and more PPV/VOD companies hitting the net these days AEBN has really got to pull their head out their ass and sort themselves out pronto.
