I didn't see it, but I am guessing the couple in Cincinatti was the one that was prosecuted for selling her VHS videos. She sold them online, but if memory serves correctly then she was never hassled about her member area - although she did take it offline when the charges were filed.
When someone comes after you LOCALLY, there really isn't much you can do. I'd much rather thave federal charges filed against me.
While Bill was at it, why didn't he go ahead and mention Yahoo or AOL - Time warner? There's tons of what these zealouts consider "porn" on the largest internet sites.
