www.wikipedia.org is a good site if you want to learn. On another side, that information would be totally useless and a big waste of time to learn for 99 % of the real internet entrepreneurs on this board. I have ideas (good ones) and I get them done.
So please have the kindness of explaining to me the necessity of knowing any of that to run a high traffic network.
I pay my host / programmers to do that.
I know how to get traffic and make money... wich is the necessity.
Knowledge is power only if you learn the right things. And learning every useless thing they teach you in school will get you a $50k a year job.
I've been in the business since 98, and made it in many different fields of the business.
I'm not the one charging 2 bucks for technical help...
