Send him the email - you're posting my copyrighted images without permission .. you have 24 hrs to take them down before I take further action - blah blah .. if you want my standard copy drop me an email gramma @ grammacash.com
CC it to his host and to his billing company.
This usually works with me.
I've had excellent luck with Yahoo getting them to take down some of those thieving groups. .. They remove the whole group.
MSN on the other hand - asks the group leader nicely to remove the offending photos and that's the end of it.
