Unless you have a lot of money and the shots are "Copyrighted" with the authorities you are going to waste a lot of time and money.
The pirates usually do not have the money, that is why they are stealing. But if you can tie in a big sponsor with a lot of bucks you might have a chance. Some shooters earn good money by suing these people.
They use to cry they did not know and there is nothing they could do. But now once they have been served legal notice they are liable, this was how Adult Check fell down in the Perfect 10 case. They just wiped their hands and said there was nothing they coud do. Fourtunately for the industry, Perfect 10 had an option, sue them.
