I have used AEBN feeds for years, I also own seveal 27 paysite;s with NATS. I have leased feeds from everyone, and NO matter who you lease from, they will never call you or send you an email, hey by the way Mark we were down last night, we have already corrected the problem, we have already prorated your account and look forward to your loss of buisness statement ;
NO-ONE WILL TELL YOU THIS, NOT YOUR HOST nor your FEEDS.

since I have used internetseer I have forwarded the reports and they are creditable reports from a creditable 3rd party monitor, so, Rackspace, ISPrime and the Planet all host my paysites.
