No it's not.
It's actually time for all races, men and women, to take the time and rear the children in a responsible fashion. Too many Moms and Dads split the scene and the kids are left to fend for themselves as the parent(or grandparent(s)) that are left are too tired/lazy to do it right. IMO, that is one of the biggest problems we have, besides fast food and TV I guess.
I could go on and on about this, but to say a race should be wiped out is ignorant, as for every one that is bad you will find plenty more that are good.
