let me explain

if there is an issue with a product or service it is better for the customer to out the issue and discuss it

no matter how much of a stand up guy YOU think someone is the possibility remains that they are not

the constant threat of public outing keep people on the straight and narrow

Iit is sad you are in this biz and you do not understand this...but I am done trying to explain it
