I do consulting for a medical company who uses salesforce.com they are alright they wanted to integrate with their JDE/People soft servers to do things "correctly" and integrate with the salesforce.com site, we put a stop to their ideas real fast on how much of a bad idea it is to do that.
But all in all they seem to really like sales force.
