I suggested doing more research as well
here. I don't think the library will help but perhaps forums, resource sites etc.
Not to mention you have to invest and take some losses a lot of times before seeing a profit. Do you think guys like myself that buy and flip traffic make a profit on every campaign? Do you think we made "instant riches" without taking losses. I know guys that burn $25 in less then 15 minutes. Take your lumps and learn. You will need a bit of a bank roll to get started.
