Based on their "programs" page, it does not look like they have a PPS program. Only partnership. Do they have free trials? Perhaps that's what that is.
Do you newbs even look at the programs you sign up to or do you just put up links and hope for the best? You should really find out everything about a sponsor before you start promoting them, including how they count signups and what kind of payouts you're going to get.
