Like I said, the dont "have" to do any of those things. It's just the reasonable thing to do. There might be a good Reason why SoS dont have the cash, and there might NOT be - who knows. We are only talking a dept of $1800,- to a 20 year old kid. I just dont see a reason to kick him while he is down. But thats just me.
