If this lying thief charges back when he clearly made the charges our privacy policy dictates that we can post his info wherever we'd like. Why do you take up for a thief? He is stealing from us because we do not deduct chargebacks from our models 40% payout and plus there is a $50 fee per chargeback, so this thief cost us over $500.
It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to post personal info for every person who charges back when the charges were clearly legitimate. Nothing is wrong with sharing this information so site owners could blacklist him.
