So I just phone epassporte and talked to Yoltha, conversation ended at 1:22AM EST - this woman told me that an email was sent to customers explaining to them that if your account is more than 2 months old and it does not have either a credit card, debit card or bank account associated with it then you will not be able to make transfers. When I pressed her as to when this policy went into effect since I do not have the email in any of my five different accounts she told me she first heard of it about an hour ago.
She also said there is no way I will be able to make a transfer, which means I will not be able to get my money out, unless I provide an acceptable load mechanism.
