that's a blast from the past - any of us who are over 35 remember when there were only three networks and a handful of local stations - Mike Douglas was on after school - just a nice guy who sang in that corny big band singer style - i used to goof on him alot cuz he would open each show singing - he'd take a well known rock n roll hit song and sing it like it was a 1940's show tune. it was funny. he did have great guests - all the biggest names in showbiz. seemed like Liberace was on practically every other day.
