Well the $40 per signup is $4.87 3 day trials with pop up (over 50 in a period, which is 15 days)
That is what gets paid $100 per signup.
You can choose between 3 different trial prices ($4.87, $2.95, $1.00) and you can choose between POP up and NO pop up.
Every single choice you make the same bonus will be applied as the $100 a signup.
