You are right in that a number of the questions would have a similar reponse in other countries - tho chances are they know where their oil comes from, that bread is made of wheat and that Joan of Arc did not have an intimate relationship with Noah. Ask someone from China and chances are they'd get that right
Sure, they are a range over a number of polls and some were never claimed to be statistically correct - others are. The post was a joke man - don't take it seriously.
