Model must be at 19 or older but I don't have a certain maximum age requirement per say! Yes she has to be hot but I am looking more for someone that is business savvy or can be taught to be. There are so many pretty girls on the web that I need the other parts too so I would trade a really hot not so smart girl for a really smart and pretty good looking girl. I need her to convert sure but I also need her to be able to retain members. See for me retaining is super important because I make a lot of my money on rebills. I really want to teach this girl to run her own site and do as much on her own as possible! If I can find 3 or 4 of these girls over the next few years well lets just say 3-4 super sites are going to make a lot more then 15 ok sites plus if they can do a lot of the work on there own my work load will be a lot less.
