Question: What do you look for in a hosting company?
Sounds like an odd question but I like to supply services that my customers want and need...
But at the root of it is me wanting my company to be successful, and so far we aren't doing bad. I have been posting on GFY only and looking to for a sales rep to push my wares, however I really want to know what the market needs and only you can tell me that.
As it stands we are a family run business that pays attention to our customer's needs in an extreme way. My mantra is that we are a customer service company that just happens to offer hosting, and that is completely true. There isn't a request that we haven't been able to meet or a customer order that we haven't been able to fill.
Still the adult market place has different requirements from mainstream businesses which have been the bed of our services for some time now. So I would like to know what those requirements are in make us a better service provider.
