charge2000 can process asia and EU. But the fact is they only process korean cards, and EUians who live outside Germany but have a bank account in Germany.

acpay is my first choice. They are the same company as adultcheck, at least they are a big company that i always give my trust. The only stupid thing is they can process ONLY visa and mastercards. You sure need secondary processor.
