- Jul 07: I paid for an Electron card to replace the one which expired at the end of the month.
- Jul 31: No response from EP when I ask where my card is, so I contact Keyser.
- Aug 01: Keyser says he will order a new card.
- Aug 10: Still no card. Useless template response from EP. Keyser says "we should hopefully have it today or tomorrow".
- Aug 15: Keyser says "There have been some problems making the card and we should have received it yesterday and it will then be sent today or tomorrow."
- Aug 16: Keyser say "Your card weren't produced as it should have been. We have ordered a new card for you and we will have it on Monday (edit: Aug 21) we will then overnight the card to you."
- Aug 22: Card doesn't arrive. Mid-afternoon (CST) Keyser says "I have just been told it was sent today."
- Aug 23: Card doesn't arrive. 10 hours after emailing Keyser to ask for tracking number, still no response from him.
And just to be clear, EPassporte have my correct address on file. It hasn't changed in four years and I don't believe they ever had another.
