Type regedit in your "RUN" window (press "start" - "run")
and go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ->
SOFTWARE ->
Microsoft ->
Windows ->
CurrentVersion ->
Run ->

see if there is anyting in there that points to that crap.. delete it if there is.. but dont delete anything that is sopose to be there... your system might not woork if you delete the wrong entry
