When you buy a business you often pay the monthly net x 36 months.
Then equipment &hardware is extra (sometimes)
A website might not be as stable but 12 months net income should be the selling price. People who expect to buy a website based on 3-6 months income, need to wake up.
It isn't gonna happen.
