hi, thanks for replying keyser, i didn't want an answer instantly, but concidering my bank sends out MONTHLY statements, and i got a MONTHLY STATEMENT last MONTH, saying the money was taken out of my account, and then my epass was DELETED, i should of had a RETURN by now... or atleast and ANSWER why... i've been very patient with epass about this, since its not a very huge amount of money... and yeah, you should of told me you were leaving and going to bed, instead of just logging off 1 minute after your last reply that said "OK I will find out about and see what we can do."... you get kind of suspicious...
and once again, i didn't expect it to be resolved INSTANTLY, but ya know, i would like to get a reply like "sorry, we made a mistake, and your money will be credited back to you, will take 3 weeks to do that" or "fuck you, we don't have to give you your money back, gfy" after a month of it happening...
