people EXPECT Fucking perfection. IF there isn't perfection... they expect a little fucking concern and great customer service. they expect to feel safe that their accounts won't be frozen, that their money will always be accessible, that they can get new cards like clockwork etc etc etc... they expect all the things ANY FUCKING BODY would expect from someone mananging OTHER PEOPLES MONEY.
