AC Fred...until I hear otherwise, I am assuming that this is legit. So, I think you would do all of us a favor by editing your post to remove the URL you posted.
By including the URL, you are making the content basically useless to those of us who have paid for it, as now dozens of less honest webmasters are probably scurrying to the URL to download the content, rendering the content overused and useless before we even get to use it.
Please remove the URL...
