I've been smoking for 6 years.
The secret is: Don't exceed 10 a day.
(on your average day)
Smoke a few times in the morning with coffee and aftermeals. Its feels good then.
Of course smoking when drinking is good also.
Its the people who need a smoke every 30 minutes who run into problems with it feeling bad.
