I have a toshiba satellite m105-s3021 and it works great for me never had a problem with it. I love it it's light, fast and has a shit load of memory space
. As for your situation you might want to check out your OS and check your config on the windows hiebernating features. True this sounds like a dumbass thing to say, but mine was configured really wierd, and it used to just turn off on me for no apparent reason till I figured out what was wrong with it. You may have a simalar setup
