Fact is... this topic has been discussed over and over, but Steve was a professional who KNEW what he was doing ... Just a horrible turn of events ... it could have got him in the arm ... It just so happened to hit his heart dead on...
Steve always asked for the cameras to keep rolling if things went bad, and even said that if he was killed on camera, he'd want good TV made of it...
