My sales rep doesnt answer my e-mails - she never did from day one. I tried calling but it always rings busy and they dont answer me at

Because of all that I manually cancelled all my Ibill members many weeks ago. We had several hundred members from over a year ago that were still rebilling but with no sales rep I couldnt stay with them. I tried to get a new rep but they said no.
Anyway, I figured they would atleast pay me the reserves I was owed. That would have been the honest thing to do.
