I'm not a person known for being drama prone, never made a thread against anyone, but since it seems the only way you take care of customers is when they post at this board, you better answer the mails and SOLVE all the troubles you're causing me RIGHT NOW. If you choose to act the right way, this thread is over for what I care. If you want me to expose you and your so called CS, I'm game.

You don't need any info, the "Customer Support" representative going by the names Keyzer Soze or Michael O knows very well who I am and what's my account ID. And, in any case, you'd take care of ALL your customers
