Anyways, of course there are some conspiracy elements when 9-11 is concerned; whether or not the USG had anything to do with it is what is in question. I personally don?t think the USG had anything to do with 9-11, but rather a third party which wasn?t part of the tear-ore-est vendetta or the USG. Not saying that these people are not working at least partially inside the USG, just that the USG had no formal part in it and wasn't aware of the plot, etc.
