How do you figure it's 11 days when the period didn't end until September 2nd, which means the check would have been mailed September 4th or 5th. They're mailed from Canada so I don't think it's unreasonable that you wouldn't have received your check by now. Please don't start unfounded dramas, we really don't appreciate it.
