you have to go to court for parking tickets? I didn't think you had to go to court for that. But since you are pleading guilty, why lie?

Maybe just be real apologetic. I think it's mostly a power trip for the judges anyway. Just say your really sorry, you had some family issues on your mind, and that you didn't realize it was a handicapped space. LOL

For the 40 over on the 401... just protest it. Chances are the cop won't show up to court so you might be able to get out of that one. If he shows up, just say you were going as fast as other traffic. (Guilty, but with an excuse. You might get a lower fine for that)
