Yea.. it's too late/early to check in the UK at the moment, - but was related to Wiginton using this address in his efforts to play a role in the music biz?
Centenary Plaza in Holliday Street is a boring block of residential accomodation in the center of Birmingham generally renting at around $1500/month or with a sale value of $200K - 250K. Can't say who the owner/renter of 303 is at the moment, but got to be worth checking out if there are financial claims against Wiginton - if he has a mortgage on this property a county court judgement could stuff a lien over it.
