I posted this earlier, yet to show how big of a dolt I can be. About an hour latter I went into the kicthen and grabbed some artichoke and spinach dip I made yesterday with veggies I bought yesterday. Yup I used bagged spinach. Well I still feel fine, so I guess I am ok.
