im thinking up some ideas for a cell phone related sponsor. i havent done too much research yet but i know there are a few of you on here so maybe you can help me out.

1. how can i bill the charges to the persons cell phone bill, so that they don't have to use a credit card to sign up?

2. will i have to contact the cell phone company in order to get the payment, since it is getting sent to them?

3. will i recieve the revenue before the person's cell phone bill is paid?
