Unenforceable judgement, no precedant set (default judgement, becuase the defendant never answered) and the defendant has no assets in the US.
It matters so little as to be pointless. At best, an arrogant bully tactic from a potentially spamalicious company.
They should go file in the UK and find out how fast they would lose.
