Back to the old story - if you want to be a millionaire in CR, bring two mill with you - there is a chance you'll be left with one mill
If you wanted that kinda house fuzebox, it would prob be better building one from scratch and going thru the hassle - construction cost is prob around a $1mill and the end result would be marketable.
