Sure is a lump just for living in - tho maybe OK as a corporate home. There are plenty very nice homes around the Pacific coast of CR far less than that - tho plenty at far more as well.
It's not exactly the type of property you buy on a mortgage - definately cash down
BTW... Ever thought of the origins of "mortgage"? Derived from the term "death pledge" or otherwise known as "how to buy a home and pay double"
