Was just showing that site to an architect this afternoon and "analysing" the property for "ambiance". Basically the plot size is only 1/5th hectare - the "environment" is already spread all over in that area (monkeys, parrots blah). It's all down to construction and pulling in an interior designer.

We got a project in planning a few miles from there and in an even more intense eco environment with similar ocean views (and about 2 kilometers of beachfront) and just trying to pitch a level for homes that would be at a marketable price level. Still thinking on this, but seems that price level would average roughly from $450K to a mill+, but plenty leeway on the upper end, tho inclined to take longer to sell.
