i've been using primarily MAC for about 6 years now, and for the last 2 years, only Mac.
I use a lot of the bundles apps for small tasks: Like iphoto to create a quick thumbnail gallery of al of my images (it takes about 30 seconds to do about 500 images at a time).
i use Adium to keep all my messanger programs rolled into one

I use Imail to keep all my email boxes organized.

I also have dashboard widgets that convert currency, give me time around the world at a glance and one to keep track of my cpu temp, memory usage, disk space and bandwith.

I use Garageband to compose royalty free music for my content.

Other than that, I use Dreamweaver, Final Cut and DVD studio pro.

Oh, and I never get a virus and my comp never crashes. ever.
