I'm sure they do. But sweetums says she doubts it is her. If she doubts it is her, she should probably not be requesting sites to take down the video. You just can't go around demanding everyone pull links to every girl that kind of looks like a girl you have a contract for. I'd hope they'd have verified this before doing so.
If it is a home video, I don't know how that works with a contract. I always thought that personal videos that are not being profited from are excluded from any contract.
I guess I'm just skeptical of the home video thing. The lighting looks great and it just doesn't seem like one of those movies you make out of the blue. This looks fairly planned and the shots are pretty good for a home video. I guess I'm just weery on how it could possibly make it out. I mean shit like that just doesn't usually leak without good reason.
