Sorry, I didn't see it said Jordan Capri on top. In that case, you have a right to have it removed.
I still have a hard time believing this was just a homemade video that accidently got loose. Does that look like her right now or does that look like her awhile back? If this is some kind of viral marketing for a new hardcore site of hers, you all are flat out brilliant.
