I wish I had some great advice.
Truth is GENETICS is most of it. My dad is still trim and cut, and my gramps is in good shape, too.
I also drink way too much caffiene and try to eat fruit and trailmix (nuts) all day. With one big evening meal. Not for any reason other than it works for me.
I try to do crunches daily and pull-ups or push ups most days (only 5-10 min worth). I find if I am consistent, it is better than intensity.
I hurt my wrist so I have been letting myself get a little softer. In fact one woman saw me recently and said, "Didn't I meet you last year?...You were alot more cut, right?" Ouch!
