I wanted to sign up to your program, but it turns out that "Uruguay" is not in your country list.

Please note that "Uruguay" (and some others) are blacklisted countries by default from CCBill. You can override this in your CCBill account and allow webmasters from Uruguay to promote your content.

Can you please post here if you decide to override Uruguay as a blacklisted country?
